Shelby 1U PQC Gateway
Quantum-Safe Network Security Gateway
The Shelby 1U PQC Gateway Series simplifies Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) adoption across enterprise and industrial infrastructures. Powered by Intel® Core™ processors supporting 14th, 13th, and 12th Gen platforms, it delivers low-latency PQC processing with approximately 2.3% handshake overhead and up to 20,000 concurrent connections via non-intrusive reverse proxy deployment. With hybrid TLS, TPM 2.0 key protection, hardware bypass, HA, and Syslog logging, Shelby 1U provides future-ready security for defense, finance, telecom, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.
Feature
- Ready Computing Platform — Powered by Intel® Core™ processors supporting 14th, 13th, and 12th Gen platforms (up to 24 cores), providing robust cryptographic processing performance required for demanding Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) workloads.
- Enterprise-Class Power Redundancy — Supports a 300W 1+1 hot-swappable redundant power supply (100–240V AC), allowing continuous system operation in the event of a single PSU failure.
- Enterprise-Class Trusted Security — Provides hardware-backed security through onboard TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, and LUKS disk encryption, with TPM-based private key protection for enhanced system integrity and cryptographic key security.

FrodoKEM
To cater to the highly conservative security requirements of European defense and regulated government deployment, Elgens' computing architecture incorporates FrodoKEM, fully standardized under the international ISO/IEC 18033-2 framework and recommended by Germany's BSI. Leveraging unstructured lattice-based cryptography, this capability provides an ultra-secure, alternative post-quantum encryption shield, protecting mission-critical assets against long-term cryptographic vulnerabilities.
FIPS 203
Elgens' rugged computing platforms and tactical systems are engineered in strict compliance with FIPS 203, the mandatory post-quantum cryptography (PQC) standard issued by the U.S. NIST. By integrating lattice-based ML-KEM (Kyber) key encapsulation, our hardware ensures highly efficient, quantum-resistant data encryption that satisfies federal and defense procurement requirements, securing mission-critical communications against next-generation threats.
TPM 2.0
TPM 2.0 provides hardware-based security for mission-critical systems by securely storing encryption keys, enabling trusted platform authentication, and supporting Secure Boot to help prevent unauthorized access, data tampering, and malware attacks. Integrated into ELGENS rugged computers and military display solutions, TPM 2.0 enhances system integrity and data protection for defense, industrial, and edge computing applications.
FIPS 204
Elgens' computing solutions are fully aligned with FIPS 204, the mandatory federal standard for post-quantum digital signatures issued by the U.S. NIST. By embedding lattice-based ML-DSA cryptography, our hardware platform delivers quantum-resistant secure boot, tamper-proof firmware updates, and unforgeable identity authentication. This ensures total system integrity and protocol compliance for high-security defense and aerospace procurements.
FIPS 205
Elgens' computing solutions are engineered to support FIPS 205, the NIST-standardized stateless hash-based digital signature mechanism (SLH-DSA). By introducing fallback cryptographic diversity alongside lattice-based methods, our hardware platforms provide ultra-secure quantum-resistant protection for critical secure boot verification, firmware cryptographic identity, and command authentication, satisfying the most stringent national security compliance.
FCC
Elgens' rugged displays and computing platforms are fully certified to meet FCC standards. This compliance guarantees superior electromagnetic wave containment and radio frequency interference (RFI) control, ensuring our industrial hardware operates safely and seamlessly alongside critical communications and delicate electronics in complex environments.
